Got any tips for me for knee hooping? Yours looked pretty solid. I haven't tried to bring the hoop back up from my knee yet because I'm afraid I won't be able to. Any tips before I start?

I honestly spent this whole past week just trying over and over and over again. Don’t be scared to drop it! I did a lot! But what I did was take the leg that I push the hoop around with and instead of pushing it forward and backward to move it around i start moving it from side to side. I feel as if the change in balance is just enough to shimmy it to your thighs. And thing to waist hooping is a lot easier for me! I hope that helps:)
